Returning Items Purchased Online

You can return items that you have bought through our website within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Returns can be done via mail or at our physical store.

To do a return by mail, please include the item/s to be returned, as well as your order receipt, in the parcel and mail it to the following address. Please use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for any lost parcels in transit.

To return an item at our physical store, kindly bring along your order receipt. If you are a member, you may also present the digital receipt from your account page on our website.

Upon our receipt of the item, and provided all the conditions for a return are met, you will receive store credit in your membership account within 5 business days. The store credit is valid for any purchase on our website or in our physical stores. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. 

 

Returning Items Purchased In-Store

We do not accept returns for items purchased in our physical stores. However, exchanges can be made according to our Exchange Policy.

Upon our receipt of the item, and provided all the conditions for a return are met, you will receive store credit in your membership account within 5 business days. The store credit is valid for any purchase on our website or in our physical stores. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. 

WE ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU WITH your return, HOWEVER ANY SHIPPING FEES for sending us the return parcel WILL BE borne by YOU. 

Alternatively, you may DO A return VIA WALK-IN TO OUR STORE so as to avoid incurring shipping charges. For in-store returns for your online purchase, you will receive a return slip. You may keep this as a record of your return. Do email us at th@theeditorsmarket.com if you do not receive your store credit in 5 working days. 

Once you have mailed out your return parcel, please do drop us an email at th@theeditorsmarket.com to inform us of the tracking number and the order ID. We will keep a lookout for it and inform you via email once we receive the parcel. 

If your purchase was made online, you may return the item/s for a refund in store credits. For in-store purchases, we are unable to issue refunds, but we can assist you with an exchange.

Yes, you can. Just make sure you have attached the respective order receipts in the parcel for us to identify the order and items. In your email to us, you can also state the order IDs and items you are sending back. 

You may email to th@theeditorsmarket.com to inform us of your order ID and the date you sent out the return parcel. We will proceed to assist you once we receive your return parcel.

Exchanging Items Purchased Online

You can exchange items that you have bought through our website within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. There is a one-time exchange for each item and the exchange is final. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the remaining value on another item. Please note that any remaining value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference. Exchanges can be done via mail or at our physical stores.

Yes. Once we have received your return parcel and we have ascertained your replacement item, we will send you a payment request for the postage. You may then make payment via bank transfer to our account. Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to mail to you your replacement item. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you once parcel is shipped.

If you have received a defective item from us, please write in to us at th@theeditorsmarket.com immediately for assistance. We will assist you by exchanging the item for you soonest possible.
