Self-collection at our stores
Pay online and collect at any of our stores within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
We work with various efficient and reliable delivery partners. Depending on your delivery location, we send your purchase to you via Alpha, Kerry Logistics or Thailand Post.
We can begin to process your order on the day itself if you make the order before 1.30pm. However, please note that our packing facility is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. All orders placed on Weekends and Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
(In light of the current Covid-19 situation, orders will be processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on other days will be processed the next working day.)
You can check the processing status of your order via your account page on our website. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the parcel tracking number. With this tracking number, you will be able to track your order on the respective delivery partner's website.
If you have missed your delivery, please arrange for a re-delivery with the respective delivery partner on their website by keying in your tracking number.
