Made from smooth and lightweight fabric, this mini milkmaid dress features short puffed sleeves with an elasticated hem, self-tie straps on the front, a shirred waist and a stretchy neckline that may be worn on or off the shoulder. Fits slimmer at the waist before flowing out in a relaxed skirt.
