Made from flowy and fully lined fabric, this midi dress features a straight neckline, slim adjustable straps, a ruched bust with a smocked band and self-tying closure, as well as a zip closure on the back. Worn in an empire-waist fit that is slimmer around the bust before flowing out in a relaxed, drop-tier skirt.
