This dress is fully lined, so it’s not sheer at all. It’s made of 100% Lyocell. The fabric is soft, loose and has a flowy drape to it. Featuring a straight neckline and slim shoulder straps, there are elastic shirred details along the bodice and it flares out from the waist into a frock with tiered panels.
